Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of spare parts inventory, meeting customer demands, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Analyze customer demands, manage stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Order Processing: Process and receive orders, verify parts, and update inventory records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and assist with inventory reporting.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Qualifications: CAP/Bac Pro/CQP in automotive spare parts or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computerized inventory systems and software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong customer service focus.
