Job Summary

As a Debt Recovery Specialist at CAF DE L'ESSONNE, you will play a crucial role in the debt recovery process related to the application of family benefits regulations and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and monitor files within the framework of amicable and litigious debt recovery procedures, ensuring compliance with national process best practices;
• Handle follow-ups with beneficiaries, maintaining effective communication and resolving issues in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with the Recovery Team Manager to develop and implement strategies for debt recovery and financial risk management;
• Utilize dedicated software tools to analyze and manage debt recovery data, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
• Contribute to the development of reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into debt recovery performance and financial risk management.
