Specialized Education Facilitator

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic professional to become part of our organization as a Specialized Education Facilitator. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, your role will involve supporting young individuals within our care. Your primary duties will encompass:

• Conducting social evaluations and formulating intervention strategies
• Creating personalized development plans
• Executing, supervising, and assessing educational initiatives
• Overseeing administrative and regulatory documentation
• Assisting young individuals in their social, educational, and/or vocational integration
• Helping with daily living tasks
• Providing consistent support within residential units
• Maintaining ongoing communication with families, legal guardians, social workers, and other stakeholders
• Preparing summaries and reports

This role is associated with a service that operates in both dispersed and semi-dispersed formats. You will be required to work one Saturday every two weeks, with shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 9 PM.

Applicants must possess a Diploma in Specialized Education, Educator, Social Services Assistant, or Social and Family Intervention Technician. Experience in child protection is advantageous. Essential skills include the ability to collaborate effectively, follow through on initiatives, and exhibit strong listening and educational abilities. A valid driver's license is a prerequisite.
