WINSERCH TOULOUSE AEC, a leading recruitment firm, is seeking a highly skilled Collaborateur Comptable confirmé H/F to join their team in the Toulouse region. This established accounting firm provides comprehensive support to clients in management, control, reporting, and strategy.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of around 50 clients, including accounts revision, balance sheet preparation, tax returns, and providing valuable advice.
• Collaborate closely with clients, building a relationship based on trust, responsiveness, and communication.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business growth and success.
• Provide expert advice on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Autonomy and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
