About Groupe Soufflet:

Groupe Soufflet is seeking a dedicated Quality Supplier Coordinator to enhance our central quality operations. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a background in the food sector.

Position Overview:

In the role of Quality Supplier Coordinator, you will oversee the management of data pertaining to raw materials, packaging, and trade products. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure adherence to quality regulations and improve our supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and disseminate information from suppliers regarding raw materials and packaging.
• Draft and validate ingredient specifications in collaboration with Quality Managers.
• Engage in HACCP assessments for ingredients and packaging materials.
• Address quality-related issues and update information on trade products.
• Perform supplier audits and support supplier assessment processes.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in food technology or quality management, with at least 2 years of experience in a supplier-centric position. Familiarity with quality systems and IFS/BRC standards is essential, along with strong computer proficiency. We seek an individual who is meticulous, organized, and proactive in their quality management approach.
