About the Role
We are seeking a Social and Family Intervention Technician (M/F) to contribute to our mission at ADMR. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the well-being and independence of families, children, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Creating and executing tailored intervention plans
- Facilitating social inclusion and self-sufficiency through customized support
- Providing information, guidance, and assistance to help individuals navigate their rights and personal or professional aspirations
- Collaborating with various stakeholders and fostering partnerships
- Preparing professional documentation as required
- Possession of a State Diploma in Social and Family Intervention Techniques
- Open to both seasoned professionals and newcomers
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, flexibility, independence, organizational skills, discretion, keen observation, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- Valid driver's license is necessary
- Opportunity for either a permanent or temporary contract
- Compensation in line with the applicable collective agreement
- Position allows for travel within your department, with travel expenses reimbursed
