Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and determined Manufacturing Agent - Pastry Specialist to join our group of employers, which includes companies operating in the agro-alimentaire sector. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of products according to production planning and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing production on the shop floor to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Aid in the preparation of ingredients and materials for production.
• Contribute to the manufacturing process, including mixing, shaping, and baking of products.
• Monitor and optimize production line performance to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
