Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Controller at Axpo Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing processes across multiple regions, including France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be on managing booking and validation requests, particularly price fixings, to ensure same-day processing. You will also oversee data collection, reconciliation, invoice preparation, and coordination, as well as resolve billing disputes and inquiries as the primary contact for clients.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for contracts in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with potential expansion.
- Manage booking and validation requests, especially price fixings, ensuring same-day processing.
- Oversee data collection, reconciliation, invoice preparation, and coordination.
- Resolve billing disputes and inquiries as the primary contact for clients.
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle for customers, counterparties, and TSOs/DSOs.
- Support junior team members and contribute to process documentation.
Requirements:
- Education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in energy trading or sales.
- Business fluent in English; French or Dutch are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Gas and Power markets across FR/BE/NL region.
- Strong organizational skills, customer-focused, and effective under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
