Uplift People Consulting is a global consulting firm that helps organizations achieve their strategic objectives. We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of our network, servers, systems, and data. This role requires a strong understanding of on-premises and cloud technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our network, servers, systems, and data.
- Provide support to local users, directly or through vendors when needed.
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third-party services, and oversee proper service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure requirements for new projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Windows Server or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude.
- English and French spoken are mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
- Occasional trips to production sites and the head office.
