Servier is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the Morphe'us program.
As a key member of the project, you will be responsible for driving and managing all aspects of planning and scheduling activities, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes and stakeholder requirements.
Your Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for site planning and fine scheduling within the Morphe'us program, collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead workshops with business experts, IT specialists, and consultants to design a comprehensive solution that aligns with business requirements and adheres to established best practices.
- Develop and manage a realistic yet ambitious ERP deployment plan, coordinating resources and overseeing its execution.
- Spearhead the build process for the targeted perimeter, encompassing test strategy development, data transfer processes, and change management initiatives. This includes defining user training strategies, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Provide regular updates to industry leads, supply chain managers, project committees, and senior management, highlighting progress, potential risks, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain open communication channels with site planning teams, fostering a collaborative and informed environment.
- Possess a high school diploma (Engineer Level) or equivalent.
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in industrial supply chain management.
- Have 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of SAP, particularly the PPDS module (an advantage).
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of operational supply chain planning processes.
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing ERP deployment projects.
- Be change management oriented, adept at collaborating with business teams to adopt new ways of working within existing tools.
- Exhibit the ability to challenge established practices diplomatically and constructively.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Be fluent in both English and French.
