In the role of Team Leader, you will oversee a group of skilled technicians, ensuring the effective execution of HVAC projects for a diverse clientele. Your collaboration with Project Managers and Site Supervisors will be crucial in achieving project milestones and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians.
  • Manage HVAC installations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC installations, complemented by a robust technical foundation. Exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of plumbing systems are essential. A valid certification for handling refrigerants is required.
