The Groupe Hospitalier de la Région de Mulhouse et Sud Alsace is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse (ORN) to provide top-notch care in the operating rooms at multiple locations within the hospital:
- General Operating Rooms
- Women's and Children's Health Operating Rooms
- Peripheral Operating Rooms
- Manage risks and ensure a safe operating environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate nursing care during procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of activities
- Participate in infection prevention and control measures
- ORN diploma or currently in training for this specialization
- Essential Skills
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Adherence to professional standards and codes of conduct
- Quick decision-making and responsiveness in high-pressure situations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
