Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Auxiliary of Early Childhood Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

• Hygiene and Nutrition: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area, and assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Activity Planning: Develop and implement daily activities that promote children's development, education, and well-being.
• Child Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our educational team to develop and implement projects that enhance the quality of our childcare services.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Stagiaire Supervision: Assist in the supervision and guidance of trainee childcare professionals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and have prior experience working with children in a collective setting. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
