Operator Regulator CN

**Job Summary**

Adsearch, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Operator Regulator CN to join our team. As a key member of our Industrial & Engineering division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's machinery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the functioning of the machine to meet production targets.
• Perform changes of series, control finished parts, and prepare subsequent series.
• Adjust parts using tactile or assembly methods and modify programs as needed.
• Inspect and control produced parts (deburring, washing, blowing, and storage).
• Create and update documents related to the position, including production tracking and maintenance records.
• Perform first-level maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of machines.
• Identify anomalies and report defects to the team leader.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards within the group.

**Requirements:**

• Hold a CAP/BEP or Bac Pro degree in product engineering or mechanics.
• Proficiency in Fanuc CNC programming.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Methodical, diligent, and rigorous approach.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

**Job Offer:**

• Permanent contract (CDI).
• Full-time position (2x8 schedule).
• Salary: €2,000 gross per month (13.20 months) or €26,400 annual gross + €8.50 daily team bonus.
