Conformity Analyst

Join our team at Société Générale Assurances as a Conformity Analyst, where you will play a key role in ensuring the company's compliance with sanctions and embargos regulations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team. As a Conformity Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, mitigating, and monitoring non-financial risks on a day-to-day basis.

• Build the Target Operating Model (TOM) of central KYC team (organization, processes, tools)
• Organize workshops with experts to build the TOM
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence between tasks and realistic deadlines
• Coordinate all stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Design a communication plan to involve efficiently the 44 countries in the transformation
