Magento Lead Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Magento Lead Developer to join our team at Decima Digital. This role requires a deep understanding of Magento architecture, e-commerce business, and software engineering.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in Magento development. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of MySQL, experience with version control systems (GIT), and knowledge of design patterns and application lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex solutions based on Magento
- Own and be accountable for the design and development of a product feature or sub-systems
- Design and develop features and processes to improve system efficiency and stability
- Promote modern engineering team practices, including iterative development and continuous deployment
- Mentor fellow teammates on algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and engineering best practices
- Lead and participate in the full development process, from design to operations
