About the Job

The Airport Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of airport activities. This includes:

  • Pilot and Supervise Airport Operations
    • Pilot the planning of resources AFIS, SSLIA, Avitaillement, Piste, Accueil
    • Animate and encadre the operational teams (6 salariés)
    • Ensure the follow-up of aeronautical information
    • Ensure the good course of operations in the different aeronautical domains (exploitation, security, sureté, navigation aérienne, maintenance/travaux, etc.)
    • Provide the service of information and alert of aerodrome (AFIS) by participating in the rotation of the service when necessary
  • Ensure the Administrative Management of the Airport Platform
    • Ensure the regulatory compliance of all installations and operations (Sureté, SSLIA/SPPA, CHEA, ERP, AFIS, etc.)
    • Encadre the processes of invoicing and activity statistics
    • Follow and treat client and supplier disputes
    • Realize the follow-up of indicators and the reporting group
    • Define and follow the financial performance of the company (budgets, client accounts, financial dashboards, etc.)
    • Ensure the follow-up of the contractual obligations of the public service delegation
  • Participate in the Commercial Development of the Airport
    • Develop aeronautical activities (business aviation, charters, general aviation, etc.)
    • Ensure the management and development of the activities of the site
    • Manage the relationship with clients based and the services of the State (DGAC, Météo, Gendarmerie, Douanes, Préfecture, etc.)
    • Ensure BtoB and BtoC communication (social networks, press relations, salons, etc.)
    • Be the daily interlocutor of the delegating territorial collectivities

About the Profile

The ideal candidate will have a Bac + 2 or higher degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management. They will have a good knowledge of aeronautics and/or airport management, as well as basic knowledge of business management (financial management and accounting, human resources, etc.). They will be able to demonstrate their ability to represent the company and have a commercial spirit.
