As a key member of the Notarial and Estate Editorial team, you will play a vital role in the creation and refinement of legal materials in partnership with authors for dissemination in specialized publications and encyclopedias focused on notarial and estate law.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass:
- Evaluating submissions from external contributors
- Supporting writing initiatives
- Generating news articles for both digital and print formats
- Engaging actively in editorial discussions
- Editing and revising legal documents
- Preparing update briefs
- Representing the editorial division at industry events
- Overseeing social media channels related to editorial content
- Optional: composing templates for notarial deeds
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified notary or holding a PhD in private law
- Strong understanding of notarial practices and knowledge
- Preferred experience in the legal publishing industry
- Exceptional writing capabilities
- Ability to work independently and with precision
