About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Formation and Development Assistant. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our employees and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Participate in the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our employees and align with our business objectives.
  • Content Development: Create and update training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and other resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present reports on training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Financial Management: Manage training budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to understand training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers and vendors.
  • Logistical Support: Assist with the organization of training events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Session Management: Coordinate the delivery of training sessions, including scheduling, registration, and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Education.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a training or development role, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
