SCC is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Digital Workplace team in EMEA. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and product management of our end-user support and digital end-user experience (DEX) services portfolio.
The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders across EMEA to deliver elements of these services, including our existing service centres in Romania and France. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, business case, roadmap, and growth opportunities for our digital services.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and publishing a portfolio roadmap, creating content and artefacts to support sales and delivery, and working closely with marketing and sales management to develop go-to-market programmes and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience in launching profitable global or EMEA end-user managed services offerings, exceptional experience in proactive and predictive managed services, and in-depth knowledge of Nexthink end-to-end product offerings.
Additionally, you will have a great understanding of France and UK markets, including market trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape. You will also have experience in driving persona-based adoption of end-user technologies and change management.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, designing, reporting, and continuous improvements of customer end-user experiences and XLAs. You will also have a great working knowledge of ITSM tooling and ITIL.
Key skills and qualifications include experience in product management, digital services, and end-user experience, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
