We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Control Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the update of the Group's risk mapping in collaboration with internal audit, departments, and management: identification, analysis, and evaluation.
- Define and implement internal control plans in line with the Group's major risk mapping.
- Develop and deploy permanent controls.
- Oversee the implementation of internal audit recommendations and track the resolution of incidents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procedure reference documents.
- Manage the delegation of signature process for the Group.
- Participate in monitoring themes related to internal control and risk management (e.g., Loi Sapin II) and contribute to the implementation of these regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal control system and risk management.
- Renew the Group's annual insurance program in collaboration with an international broker and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and deploy new insurance needs for the Group: integration of new entities/activities, new locations, new risks, etc.
- Degree from a top business school.
- Fluent English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, or external audit.
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and analytical skills to quickly understand the challenges related to your position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service, and proactivity to build trust relationships with your interlocutors.
- High level of organization and rigor to be versatile and produce high-quality deliverables.
