As a Technical Event Manager, you will be part of the team led by Stéphane and work in a tertiary site located in Paris. You will collaborate with the Operations Team Manager or their deputy to:
- Set up the organization for installations, dismantling, and maintenance
- Manage workload and resource allocation
- Identify and coordinate internal and external expertise to ensure project delivery, including working with the Purchasing Department to manage supplier relationships
Your challenges with us
- Ensure the successful execution of P5 or P7 projects, ensuring technical aspects are met in accordance with QSE requirements:
- Set up the organization for installations, dismantling, and maintenance
- Manage workload and resource allocation
- Identify and coordinate internal and external expertise to ensure project delivery
- Ensure that personnel have the necessary skills, certifications, and authorizations
- Participate in meetings with supervisors, architects, and other stakeholders to prepare and follow up on project progress
- Ensure the successful execution of projects and coordinate and control subcontractors
- Provide technical support and advice to clients
- Develop and propose technical solutions
- Manage project changes with clients
- Ensure compliance with QSE rules and regulations
- Perform pre-operational checks
- Ensure project deadlines and costs are met
You will be in close contact with our clients, representing ENGIE Solutions and maintaining a close relationship with them. You will also be responsible for proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile:
- A BEP or Bachelor's degree in Energy or Climate Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management
- Familiarity with climate and electrical installations
- Ability to use connected tools (tablets, GMAO, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills
