Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Upfluence. As a key member of our Business Intelligence department, you will be responsible for building a data-driven culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement data warehouses, ETL processes, and analytics software to provide actionable insights to the Executive Team and Directors.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools, SQL data, and pipelines to support business decision-making.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through regular data validation and quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc data analysis requests, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience (from 2 - 5+ years) working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role, with a focus on data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in using industry-leading BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar tools) to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Proficient in SQL and data querying languages, with a solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data modeling, data visualization best practices, and data storytelling techniques.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
