To meet the expectations of its loyal and passionate customer base, and to support its continued growth, we are seeking their future: Commercial Sales Representative (H/F)
About the Role:
This position involves a proactive engagement with clients to provide an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming, advising, and guiding clients, ensuring the promotion of products and services in line with high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Animate and manage the sales area.
- Advise clients and respond to their specific needs.
- Mastery of financing and insurance tools to facilitate transactions.
Required Profile:
We are looking for a passionate individual with significant experience in sales or a similar role, knowledgeable about the motorcycle universe. You must possess excellent relational skills to create lasting relationships with clients. A valid A permit is essential. Proactive, responsible, and driven by the desire to contribute to the company's growth through a customer-centric approach. Conditions of Work:
- Hours: 39 hours per week, modulated according to the season.
- Annual gross salary range (including variable): €40,000 to €45,000.
- Benefits: participation in results, interest-based compensation.
