Apprenticeship Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Apprenticeship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Lyon Indirect Purchasing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain a efficient secretarial organization to support the team's needs.
- Customize and manage various tools used for order management.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including sending calls for tenders, drafting registrations in ERP, and sending orders and signature follow-up.
- Manage billing follow-up, drafting of extension amendments, and close out amendments.
- Handle supplier creation requests, follow-up of supplier qualification files, and supplier evaluations.
- Organize market intelligence and events within the team.
- Support the Manager in reporting, statistics, and presentations.
- Paper archiving and network archiving.
- Preparation for a Bac +2 degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong-willed and dynamic individual.
