Your Role with Us:

The social department team in Cholet is looking to welcome a new Payroll Manager (M/F) in Permanent Contract (part-time possibility at 80%).

The team's common goal is to provide clients with secure payroll and personnel administration services, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

Joining a team of 7 colleagues, your role will involve ensuring the accuracy of payroll production and personnel administration for a portfolio of companies, including Silaé configuration, absence management, payroll processing, DSN, various affiliations, disability declarations, daily client advisory, etc. Your attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities will make you a key contributor to client satisfaction.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fascinated by finance and HR, you hold a specialized diploma in payroll management and have relevant experience in a consultancy environment
  • You enjoy working on payroll tasks in a consultancy setting due to the mission diversity and client interaction
  • Human relationships, communication skills, and organizational talent are your key strengths
