We are currently seeking a Logistics Platform Supervisor for one of our esteemed clients in the construction industry.

Position Overview:
As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Director and oversee the seamless operation of the logistics platform. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments, particularly procurement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of approximately forty individuals, establishing management routines, and fostering their professional growth
  • Addressing requests from both internal and external clients
  • Assisting team leaders in their management duties and daily operations
  • Ensuring the upkeep of the site, managing equipment, and forecasting workforce needs
  • Driving and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in the logistics field
  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within logistics or platform management
  • Solid understanding of logistics principles, practices, and tools (such as ERP and WMS)
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong managerial skills

Selection Process:
The recruitment process will consist of the following steps:
1. Initial phone screening with a recruiter
2. Video interview to explore your background and career aspirations
3. Interview with the Supply Chain Director and an HR representative
4. Final interview with the General Director
5. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to conclude the recruitment process with the client
