We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Data and AI team at Orange Business Services. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business value.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business value.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Communicate product progress and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Continuously gather customer feedback and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Transfer knowledge and coach internal teams to ensure product expertise is shared across the organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in the telecoms or data and AI industry.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks, such as Lean Startup.
- Experience in management and leadership roles, with a focus on cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
