**Job Title:** Busperson-Banyan Tree

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busperson to join our team at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. As a Busperson, you will provide exceptional support to our servers and bartenders, ensuring that every guest has a personalized and unique experience in our restaurants, bar, and pool and beach area.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional support to servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
* Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* High school graduate or equivalent
* Ability to speak English and Spanish
* Previous experience in a related field preferred
* Hospitality experience preferred
