In this role, you will focus on the comprehensive care of individuals undergoing vascular procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing patients for surgical interventions, overseeing their vital signs, managing pain levels, and educating them on recovery processes.
- Prepare and welcome patients prior to surgical procedures
- Provide psychological and therapeutic support to patients
- Conduct physical preparations, including grooming and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor patients during the post-operative phase
- Educate patients on risk factors and necessary lifestyle adjustments
Registered Nursing Diploma
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular health
