Job Description & Role Responsibilities:

The Industry Process Consultant for product marketing of 3DEXPERIENCE Works is responsible for ensuring readiness of new products and version launching into the Japanese market as a product manager.
The product marketing team is a counterpart of product portfolio of 3DEXPERIENCE Works in headquarters, serving as a liaison between the company and the Japanese market.

The Industry Process Consultant needs to conduct market research, prepare sales materials, and share product information through training sessions with sales and partners to educate them on the product's value.

The industry process consultant must have a deep understanding of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its value through industry processes.

He/She needs to comprehend how the products fulfill business needs and contribute to increasing deal size, accelerating deal signature, and ensuring successful go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Articulating the overall value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
  • Contributing to the execution of Value Engagement activities and deliverables, with a focus on gate reviews
  • Articulating value based on identified KPIs and KVs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience
  • Closely collaborating with the DS internal ecosystems
  • Providing feedback to the team from customer use cases
  • Supporting the Solution enablement of their Partners and Sales ecosystem
  • Maximizing the usage of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for interaction with the customer and DS ecosystem

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience in:

  • Engineering software pre-sales, post-support, or trainings
  • Project management (task management)
  • Making and presenting presentations
  • Conducting business in Japanese as usual
  • Experience working in English
  • Passion for learning
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and acceptance of change
  • Importance of interpersonal communication
