The main responsibilities of this position are:

1. Safety and Security Awareness: Sensitize and train personnel on safety rules and best practices to be adopted on the construction site
2. Risk Prevention and Management: Establish procedures and action plans to prevent risks and accidents
3. Regular Safety Inspections and Audits: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations through regular inspections and audits
4. Preventive and Corrective Actions: Implement preventive and corrective actions in case of non-compliance
5. Incident and Accident Management: Manage incidents and accidents in collaboration with the operational team
6. Support to Teams: Assist teams in implementing preventive and emergency measures

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Degree in Health, Safety, and Environment or equivalent experience
• Previous experience on a construction site or logistics platform
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in computer tools and communication
