As a Healthcare Consultant at Dedalus, you will play a critical role in deploying our innovative solutions to healthcare clients. This involves collaborating with internal teams and traveling to client sites to ensure seamless implementation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Accompaniment
- Analyze client needs and practices
- Configure software modules according to client requirements
- Assist clients during the onboarding phase
- Training
- Develop tailored training materials for clients
- Provide assistance with software parameterization
- Update and design training tools
- Deliver themed workshops or training sessions
- Support
- Oversee the execution of Large-Scale Tests
- Write and communicate intervention reports
- Identify and report technical issues to the technical teams
Requirements:
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Health Technology, or a related field. Ideally, you have several years of experience as a trainer or consultant in a software publisher or recognized training organization. You possess good general knowledge of IT and a professional proficiency in English. Familiarity with ORBIS, DxCare, DopaSys, or other DPIs is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare professions and healthcare facility operations is also an asset.
What We Offer:
A CDI position based in Bordeaux, Le Plessis-Robinson, Toulouse, or one of our other French sites. This role involves frequent travel across France, with occasional remote work possible.
