Key Responsibilities:

Research & Development:
• Foster a culture of curiosity and entrepreneurialism, driving continuous improvement
• Research, ideate, and prototype opportunities that advance our competitive offerings
• Innovate and propose cost-effective technical solutions to address business challenges

Architecture & Engineering:
• Set the vision for our engineering culture and drive technical and solution design architectures
• Create next-generation products and platforms, from prototype development to complex platform integrations and environments, including cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with local, nearshore, and offshore teams, including managing round-the-clock development
• Design software that scales against team and client requirements

Governance & Quality:
• Manage existing development and QA teams, ensuring high-end quality products through governance processes
• Form highly effective development teams within a distributed agile framework
• Lead code and technical design reviews to deliver exceptional work
• Establish accountability for production procedures, security compliance, documentation, and control within teams

Client Engagement & Business Development:
• Gain trust with clients, from marketing managers to CTOs, inspiring them about future possibilities
• Energize stakeholders, teams, and customers to identify needs and deliver cost-effective, high-performance information technology infrastructures and applications
• Create understanding with client stakeholders around complex technical discussions and enterprise solution features

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership
  • A&D related industry experience
  • C-Level communications
  • Strong customer relationship experience
  • Organization skills to drive and coordinate teams and project activities
  • Good industry process knowledge and 3DS Solutions portfolio
  • Pre-sales activities and project delivery experiences
  • DS ecosystem knowledge and ability to activate DS networks
