We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Production Lead to join our team at Dreamtek Limited. As a key member of our Technical Production team, you will be responsible for planning, staffing, and delivering high-quality events and virtual experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute technical aspects of events, including audio-visual, lighting, and staging.
- Lead a team of technical staff to ensure successful event delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and preferences.
- Develop and maintain technical plans and procedures to ensure efficient event execution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to technical staff.
- 3-5 years of professional technical live event production experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of AV and Events technicians.
- Ability to operate equipment and software to support streaming, video conferencing, local audio reinforcement, and video technologies.
- Understanding of clients' streaming tools and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse team.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
