Job Opportunity at Tecxell IntérimWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tecxell Intérim.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks within a penitentiary center.
- Key responsibilities include reading and understanding HVAC installation plans, electrical diagrams, and controls.
- You will also be responsible for carrying out electrical and electromechanical connections and testing equipment functionality.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance will be performed following safety instructions.
- Record all activities in the CMMS for optimal feedback and operational analysis.
- Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity, following maintenance plans.
- Replace parts and accessories when needed and manage energy consumption.
Experience in a similar position is required.
Key skills include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Building Services.
This is an office-based position.
