About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Elior Services FM. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be based at one of our client's facilities in Saclay, where you will be responsible for various tasks related to building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lifting and moving equipment, transporting packages, and performing minor repairs.
  • Assist with moving small furniture and equipment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing locks.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in maintenance, plomberie, and logistics, with a qualification in a related field (such as a BTS in maintenance). You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
