In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to enhance their procurement strategies for marketing and communication services. EPSA Procurement partners with a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
Your responsibilities will include the development and execution of procurement strategies tailored to this category. Key tasks will involve:
- Offering clients optimization solutions aligned with their requirements and prevailing market dynamics
- Conducting thorough expense analyses to uncover potential savings
- Performing competitive assessments
- Overseeing the execution of procurement initiatives alongside internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Managing existing supplier networks and sourcing for marketing services
- Formulating strategies for marketing and communication needs along with corresponding action plans
- Facilitating sourcing processes and conducting consultations (RFI, RFP, etc.)
This position encompasses all facets of marketing and communication procurement, including agencies and various marketing services such as events, digital marketing, and campaigns.
Additionally, you may leverage your expertise to optimize other procurement segments.
Qualifications:
With a solid foundation in procurement, you should possess at least 4 years of experience in marketing services procurement, ideally within an international context.
Essential skills for this role include:
- Comprehensive understanding of supplier markets and the capability to conduct market research and supplier evaluations
- Autonomous management of the tendering process
- Risk assessment for products/services
- Adherence to compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience with Procurement Information Systems
