As a key member of our Data Engineering, Science, and Innovation department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation at Amadeus. Our mission is to equip the Amadeus Offer organization with cutting-edge data management practices, processes, and technological expertise.
Lead the Charge in Data Acquisition and TransformationAs Manager of the Data Acquisition and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing ETL processes within our modern data platform to power Offer products such as Dynamic Pricing Solutions, Revenue Management Solutions, NDC, Nevio, and more.
- Ensuring adoption and implementation of data management practices within Offer organization, working closely with data office entry points and other key actors of the data ecosystem.
- Maintaining and operationalizing data assets with a DevOps mindset.
- Supporting individual growth and career development through coaching, training, and day-to-day activities.
- Leading technical and functional activities to maximize the value of technology and data.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A solid educational foundation with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms and managing large-scale data projects.
- Proactivity, autonomy, strong leadership skills, and exceptional proficiency in English communication.
- Experience with SAFe or any other Agile framework.
- Relevant experience in data management, implementing data quality processes, and BI is a plus.
