Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and sustain a QHSE management framework that aligns with corporate standards and client agreements.
- Customize and execute Group QHSE protocols across various locations.
- Educate local personnel on QHSE regulations.
- Ensure adherence to processes, operational procedures, and documentation.
- Enhance staff awareness regarding customer, regulatory, and legal obligations.
- Oversee the enforcement of QHSE regulations.
- Engage with governmental inspection agencies and certification organizations.
- Guarantee compliance with ISO standards.
- Coordinate routine assessments of facilities and equipment to verify safety compliance.
- Manage incidents pertaining to quality or food safety, proposing suitable corrective and preventive measures.
- Track non-conformance reports and ensure prompt resolution.
- Supervise QHSE system controls and performance indicators.
- Direct internal and external prevention and action initiatives.
- Contribute to the formulation of site health management strategies.
Profile:
- Graduate from an agri-food engineering program.
- Proficient in standard office software (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills.
- Possess a personality that thrives in a dynamic and structured setting.
- Demonstrate respect for established procedures.
- Ability to adapt within a multicultural environment.
