Community Outreach Worker

ADMR is seeking a skilled Social Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Social Intervention Specialist, you will work with vulnerable individuals and families, providing social support, guidance, and empowerment to promote autonomy and independence.

• Develop and implement individualized projects to support clients in achieving their goals
• Provide social support and guidance to clients, promoting their autonomy and independence in daily life, parenting, and civic engagement
• Inform, orient, and accompany clients in accessing their rights, personal, professional, and social projects
• Contribute to the development and implementation of collective actions, mediating with various stakeholders (individuals, communities, organizations)
• Coordinate actions with other professionals and develop partnerships
• Produce professional written reports

• State Diploma in Social Intervention and Family Support (DETISF)
• Experience or beginners, depending on the assigned missions
• Strong relational and adaptability skills, autonomy, organizational skills, discretion, observation and analysis skills, team spirit
• Driver's license required

• CDI or CDD contract
• Depending on the assigned missions
