About the Position:
Our Domino RH agency in Albertville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for one of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and overseeing, motivating, and developing your team's capabilities.
Your responsibilities encompass five key areas:
- ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING: Track KPIs and ensure the execution of effective strategies; efficiently allocate resources to meet objectives; actively engage in team skill enhancement.
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Provide customers with a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; cultivate a commercial relationship grounded in trust and guidance; ensure the visibility and availability of the store's offerings.
- REVENUE ENHANCEMENT: Drive sales growth and meet financial targets; analyze KPIs and implement suitable action plans; ensure team adherence to commercial practices to boost product visibility; encourage both individual and collective initiative.
- SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Lead and enhance product knowledge; uphold and enforce internal standards regarding hygiene, safety, and quality; ensure compliance with established processes.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION: Manage and develop team skills to foster performance and collective success; facilitate managerial rituals and ensure their effective communication; promote collaboration within teams; actively contribute to the operational functioning of the Warehouse and/or Basin; work closely with the entire internal ecosystem.
Desired Profile:
With a background in Commercial or Managerial fields, you possess substantial experience in a comparable role. You are adept at managing large and diverse teams. Experience in B2B commerce is an advantage. Your enthusiasm, dynamism, and resilience will be significant assets for this role.
