Garrett Motion is a pioneering company in the automotive technology industry, and we're looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
HR Policy Implementation:
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies in accordance with the company's strategy and management guidelines.
- Advise managers on the management of their teams, ensuring compliance with current social legislation.
Employee Experience:
- Participate in all internal and external personnel movements, including recruitment, mobility, transfers, promotions, and departures.
- Monitor performance indicators related to the HR function, such as absenteeism, succession plans, diversity, and recruitment times.
- Manage the integration of new joiners, including permanent, fixed-term, and temporary workers, as well as work-study interns.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate the management, implementation, and evaluation of training programs in collaboration with service providers.
- Advises managers on the implementation of rules and regulations, including internal policies, collective agreements, and laws.
HR Development:
- Lead the human resources development policy, including the creation and implementation of new HR management tools.
- Act as an internal trainer, particularly with managers, and recommend development and training plans as part of the site's skills management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Working experience as an HR generalist in an international company
- English language proficiency
