We're looking for a Campus Recruitment Partner (H/F/D) to join our team in Paris. As a Recruitment Partner Early Careers, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the next generation of talents for adidas. You'll work closely with the Early Careers team and HR to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for our Stagiaires population.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement a recruitment strategy for Early Careers profiles
- Source and manage a pool of candidates
- Develop and execute a recruitment process from A to Z, ensuring an optimal candidate experience
- Organize information sessions, presentations, workshops, and other recruitment events
You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from strategy development to candidate management. You'll work with a team to create a positive and engaging experience for our candidates.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Early Careers profiles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment campaigns in international companies that value candidate experience and talent branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English (C1 level minimum)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
