Goodays is seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our sales team in France. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in our exponential growth plan, collaborating with sales executives to craft differentiated value propositions and develop value content that highlights key product features.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales executives to craft differentiated value propositions addressing customer pain points.
- Developing and maintaining value content that highlights key product features.
- Serving as the primary internal sales resource for 1st-level product and technical presentations.
- Establishing a pre-sales framework to accelerate the sales cycle, focusing on understanding customer needs and building compelling value propositions.
- Facilitating prospect understanding while coordinating with Engagement Managers and Solution Engineers for seamless sales alignment.
- Building a dynamic demonstration framework using scripts aligned with key value themes, ensuring updates to fit evolving product messaging.
- Managing customer expectations by leveraging our unique differentiators, and supporting the sales bid process including RFI/RFP responses.
- Acting as a key liaison between sales, product management, and marketing, providing customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Staying informed about market trends and competitor landscapes, supporting global sales efforts across France, UK, EMEA, and ROW.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and French.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Significant experience in a pre-sales/consultant role, at least 5 years.
- Understanding sales processes and knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Helping Client Succeed) or project methodologies (PERT, Agile, Lean Management, Prince2, Kanban).
- Exposure or good understanding of some of our customer journeys and our target industries (Retail, Banking, DIY, E&B, Automotive, etc.).
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry is mandatory and the internet industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in scoping, proposing, and recommending approaches leading to delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to drive customers, and communicate effectively with customers in an international environment.
- Strong experience in managing multiple projects at the same time, great organizational skills, and experience in managing projects.
