Educator Specialist

About the Role

Fondation l'Élan Retrouvé is seeking a dedicated Educator Specialist to join our team at the Institut Médico-Éducatif Une Maison En Plus in Stains. As an Educator Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to patients with autism, promoting their socialization and inclusion in society.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic programs to foster social skills and emotional development in patients with autism
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide guidance and support to patients in daily activities, such as education, leisure, and cultural activities
• Participate in the organization and management of therapeutic activities and workshops
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical-social establishment, preferably in autism support
• Hold a diploma in Educator Specialist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
