1. Overview of AXA IM Alts
AXA IM Alts, the alternatives division of AXA IM, is a prominent player in the alternatives investment sector, managing over €184 billion in assets. Our global presence spans 15 offices and a workforce of over 600 professionals, catering to the needs of more than 600 clients worldwide across various sectors including real estate, private debt, private equity, infrastructure, and hedge funds.

2. Department Overview
The Communications team is responsible for managing both internal and external communications for AXA IM Alts on a global scale. This includes overseeing social media channels, press relations, sponsorships, and corporate events. The team consists of a Head of Communication and two Communication Managers, all part of the Marketing & Communication function.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce editorial content for various communication channels, including social media.

• Write and translate content in both French and English.

• Create digital assets such as videos and images.

• Assist in managing and enhancing corporate social media platforms.

• Support the organization of corporate events, both physical and digital.

• Conduct media monitoring and follow up on press-related activities.

• Prepare internal reports on the activities of the communications department.

4. Qualifications
Education
- Postgraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Management, or Finance.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic graphic design.

Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team within an international and matrixed environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English and French, with a preference for candidates whose mother tongue is either language.
- A background in finance is not required.

5. What We Offer
