Expliseat, a pioneering industrial company, is seeking a skilled Customer Engineer to join its team in Paris. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product definition and customer requirements, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team, serving as a reference for all technical matters.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, option definitions, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare technical offers and participate in customer meetings.
  • Conduct cost analysis and program/delivery schedule updates, providing valuable insights to support sales teams.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in aeronautics, preferably in cabin interior equipment and aircraft seats.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
