• Assist project managers in researching and developing materials
• Participate in studies on material formulation and mixing processes
• Search for technical data in academic literature and supplier documentation
• Propose formulations to achieve set objectives
• Prepare rubber mixes (NR, EPDM, VMQ, etc.)
• Develop and adapt mixing and molding procedures
• Characterize materials according to project specifications
• Perform specific tests related to each project (adhesion, dynamic properties, fatigue resistance)
• Write test reports and summaries
• Present results to management and propose areas for improvement
• Follow up on the creation of necessary tools and equipment
• Participate in hygiene and safety processes
• Record used chemicals
• Conduct chemical risk assessments (Eval'Chim) for products

• Competence in Chemistry or Formulation
• Desirable: Higher Technical Diploma (DUT, BTS, or professional license) in Materials Chemistry or Rubber Science
• Desirable: Skills in polymer material characterization
• Ability to work in a research center environment, with a natural curiosity and inclination towards innovation
• Proficiency in office software and aptitude for rubber mixing and molding
