About the Role

As a Commercial Development Representative at Terres Des Templiers, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned geographic area. Your primary objective will be to expand our customer base and increase revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prospect new business opportunities in your designated area, identifying potential customers and presenting our products and services in a compelling manner.
  • Conduct in-home product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and build trust with potential customers.
  • Utilize a tablet and other provided tools to manage your sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and stay organized.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your sales and marketing skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Permit B is required.
